GBAt this moment I’m giving 3 stars… At this moment I’m giving 3 stars because the process Was super easy and fast. And the representative was very friendly and I understood very well but I was approved well before 2pm yesterday and I still was supposed to get my loan the next buisness day which is today. I have yet to receive it and my bank says they don’t see a deposit set to drop. The purpose of this loan is to pay a bill which I need to pay today before 5pm. And I’m starting to worry.

INstaff needs training @ every stage Staff needs training @ every stage, no systems in place, required sizes not available. Shortage of trial rooms. Waited for half an for trials. Worst experience ever.

GBIt was a good experience It was a good experience, had a few hiccups with confirming my bank info. Also had some trouble logging in with their system. An upgrade is needed for sure. Otherwise it was good.
