The employees were wonderful The employees were wonderful, very kind and efficient. The only reason why this didn't get 5 stars is because it seems that they do a hard credit check in order to get a payday loan. If I had great credit, I wouldn't need to get a payday loan to begin with. The only thing impacting my credit rating is my student loans, which should not be a factor in getting a payday loan.

I've gone to a couple of your other locations in Des Moines and was not as favorable impressed. These two are fantastic. Helpful. Always friendly. A wonderful experience each time I've been there.
