GBI was pretty impressed with the process… I was pretty impressed with the process I gave it four stars because nobody's perfect right... but this was easy, it was reasonable and I had my money in 2 days. I'm appreciative of that and I understand paying the thousand back first ,that's probably your interest, and then I get the rest. Completely reasonable as well! I just appreciate the help and I'll build my credit as I pay it back on time so it's a win-win!

GBEasy & convenient I tried several companies and Seedfi was the easiest & beneficial plan to.follow. I like the way my credit score will be updated as I pay off this loan & I appreciate how seedfi took their chance with me. Great customer service & easy personal seedfi dashboard online.

GBRun as far as you can and as fast as you can from this predatory company I've had a loan for less than a year through SeedFi managed by SST - Systems & Services Technologies. Since the loan origination, I have been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer (throat, esophagus, liver) and fell a month behind in payments with huge medical bills (now caught up). I received daily emails from SST to which I would respond that I am unable to speak by phone presently because of my circumstances. I would receive a rude, snarky response that no accounts are managed by email and they demand a phone conversation. Then came the threatening letters that I was refusing to respond by phone and they would refer the account to collections. For being 2 weeks late on one payment. I am awaiting the closing of a piece of real estate and indeed to pay this off immediately. I have taken all of their correspondence and mine and sent it to my state Attorney General to report their business practices and also to the FTC. Run as far as you can and as fast as you can from this predatory company. Apparently no one can read who works there.

GBGreat Customer Service My experience with SeedFi has been wonderful. I've mostly been able to make payments on time, but was let go from a job and didn't start a new one until two months later, so I missed one payment and they reached out to me to see if they could offer any "programs" to help me out. We were able to push my payment back a couple of weeks so that I have time to get a paycheck from my new job. Gabriel, the customer service person I spoke to, was kind and understanding. I'm sure not every customer service person is amazing, but I'm glad Gabriel was!
