Worth Every Penny Jason was so helpful and I would highly recommend working with him and Harvest by Acorns to get your bank fees negotiated. He was polite and well-spoken, and walked me through the entire process before we started the 3 way call with my bank. When the first representative said that I did not quality for any refunds, he asked to speak with a supervisor- which eventually led me to getting a refund on 50 bank fees. Harvest is great and got me a good… Harvest is great and got me a good amount of money back from bank fees such as overdraft and ATM fees. Only thing is now the whole thing is completely your and I'm not sure if they even do stuff like that anymore.

Wells Fargo tried to play hardball... Jason took it yard! Wells Fargo tried to play hardball by only accepting fee negotiation by phone - no written correspondence - but Jason was excellent! Called at the scheduled time, said the right things, and my account was instantly credited the fees owed. Definitely plan to use again!
