Exceptional Service and Products Being a Canadian citizen living in Canada, I was having issues setting up an American Business Bank Account, especially during COVID19 as the borders are closed. I was referred to Ben by Sina to open my U.S business bank account remotely and I couldn't be happier with the referral as all my banking needs were taken care of accordingly and promptly. I look forward to doing further business with Ben. He kept in constant touch, showed excellent patience, and is readily available.

They do the bare minimum The bare minimum, pretty bad service, although it does the job. I got my account, so the service fills its primary purpose. Here's all the bad stuff: They waited until I had to do the initial funding, long after I paid their fees, to tell me that the initial funding must be done from a US account. So to open an account with them, you need to already have a US account. And they told me this at the last minute although I had told them very clearly that I was in a hurry. And they declined to help by doing the initial funding themselves from their own US account and billing me for it. They had computer problems that delayed everything. I had to insist for them to process things by hand since they couldn't do it with their broken site (broken for more than 2 days). I wasted my time in several retries. They several times ignored important questions I asked by email. When they received the card, which I don't need, they insisted to send it to me by DHL. 65 euros to send a card. Overall, bad service. But kind of does the job.
