GBThe process was streamlined and easy to… The process was streamlined and easy to follow, complete and submit. Any of the customer service reps I spoke with were very kind and helpful. My only request would for there to be a way to get a message to the customer if there was an uploaded document that still didn't come through or was blurry. I did not get any messages that my voided check submission was blurry and it took a call to customer service the next day to be informed of that.

GBClear straight forward process Clear straight forward process. Extremely helpful customer support via phone with live knowledgeable customer service representatives. I was treated with respect throughout the process. Approval was quick once the required information was provided, which was easy to upload on the SoFi site. I would highly recommend SoFi!
