The gentleman that I talk to was very professional and used kindness. He was not pushy I rated my experience a 4 but I feel like a need more information on the amount I would recieved.

GBY do I have to wait for my refund Y do I have to wait for my refund, went I gave all my information to the agent.Now I have to wait for the mail to sign the cancellation and them mailed back this will take 3 or 4 weeks ,so I guess I have to way this is not good business

GBA wonderful experience! It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I did the application on the phone and received my policy in the mail within 2 weeks of being approved. It was a very simple process and my agent walked me through everything. I feel so much better knowing I'm covered now.
