Communication and Competitive The communication with the rep, the back end team and all the support staff has been A+. I am glad they are competitive with rates and will match the competition. It's been refreshing dealing with them after our last few providers.

I have to say Merchant Solutions went above and beyond what we were expecting. Beautiful system, draws a lot of attention. As business owners we know first impressions go a long way. The tech people are very helpful and patient. We have called over five times in one day and they are always so positive and eager to help. Very smooth transition. I would definitely recommend them over anyone! Not to even mention the rates they have are extremely low! We keep almost all our benefits.
