Hayley at Bitwage answered my email… Hayley at Bitwage answered my email about trouble upgrading promptly and fixed the problem and even gave me a free month of premium. She went above and beyond and that’s rare these days. Would recommend

We got paid in USA successfully We needed to receive funds from our clients in USA but as foreign citizens who live outside US it's difficult to accomplish without traveling to USA. Bitwage provided us with the quickest solution and gave us an ACH account where we successfully received our funds which later where redistributed to our external accounts. Special shoutout to their Slack support team, very responsive and you can chat with other Bitwage users which gives you more confidence in them.

Excellente service, outstanding support I've been using Bitwage for a few month already and it's a great service so far. I can easily receive payments from my customers and transform them to Bitcoin easily. It works really well. The best part of Bitwage is its support via Discord (and other channels), where Ramiro Raposo shines for his excellent service. He addresses all the questions, issues, and problems in a seemless manner and almost in real time. He rocks. Kudos to Bitwage support and to him specially. I highly recommend Bitwage services.

They could improve the onboarding… They could improve the onboarding experience as sometimes the OTP doesn't work on SMS and I had to get support to get my account setup. So far I only had 2 small transactions and it went well. They need to improve the BTC/USD rate transparency though. They show the rate and on checking the rate comparison with Binance 1 of my transactions was on market price and the other was 4.2% higher than the highest market price. This makes it hard to know what amount of BTC I will get beforehand.

simple solution to a complex proble I tried it as I'm always exploring different tools to recommend friends and I found bitwage super cool. I can't think of a simpler solution to receive fiat payments abroad that get automatically converted into bitcoin or stablecoins. You as a freelancer/worker, no longer need to worry.. you just tell your client/employer to pay as they normally do
