GBGood experience. App needs improving Customer service was really responsive and my problem of a stock being "autosold" was fixed. However... a two step verification upon selling a stock would be a great improvement as i did loose a small amount of value upon the buy back. I would be so sad if a hacker could gain account access and wipe me out. The ap needs help. It had very primitive graphing and no real way to track trends like other apps have. An improvement on this while keeping easy to read would be a great help.

GBStockpile seemed great Stockpile seemed like a great way to start investing a little in stocks and learn along the way. Beware though, they started charging a MONTHLY membership fee of $5. That will quickly wipe out your investments for the many small investors, especially those who aren't watching and aware of this change. My guess is that Stockpile is struggling to raise revenue.

GBStarted from day 1 with this company Started from day 1 with this company. The company WAS NOT fee based in terms of needing a period subscription. Just paid a fee when ordering trades, then they did away with much of the trading fees and life was very merry. For whatever reason, stockpile decided to absolutely screw up and pissed off their customer base by moving from “little to no” service fees to, have period subscription(s) to use the application. I left. I encourage you to do as well when there are PLENTY of “no fee” online brokerages with serviceable and simple mobile applications. I swear this company just wants to fail, makes no sense being “fee based” when most online brokerages aren’t.

GBI closed my account today I closed my account today. Having been with Stockpile for four or five years. I am a small time retail investor. Less than 2k at peak. With the stocks I invested in taking a dive and monthly fees chipping away at what is left I effectively have zero and would be paying for the privilege of having an account with a zero. If you had tens of thousands of dollars in dividend paying stocks it would be okay. It is literally worse than keeping your money in a savings account with a .03 percent interest rate.
