I don't know what happened I don't know what happened, but the service has regressed and is now terrible. I've been cheated out of lots of money over the past months and will be cancelling my long standing subscription. There are several dates of problems, so the date below is not accurate

Freeshipping= FREE $$$$ Freeshipping provides a lot of retailers that we can use to get REBATES. You must go through the Freeshipping shopper's window in order to get rebates, ESPECIALLY the 10% CASH BACK. It's well worth your time. Easy to claim rebates on line, just follow instructions. Great customer service Great customer service! The only comment I might make is sometimes the reviewers of claim decline something due to an order date missing when the order date is clearly stated within the confirmation email and on the header. But everyone is always super great about re-reviewing and amending. Really appreciate your service!

Old dog, new tricks… I am not too techy and so when I signed up I did not understand that I had to order thru the site to receive $ back. Once I called in I had this lovely agent named Kathryn ( not sure of spelling) and her supervisor Barbie who really took their time with me and helped me maneuver thru the site. Still think humans are so much better than machines and AI.(artificial intelligence). See I am learning

Customer Service Problems, Great Retailers They need to work on their customer service. The people are nice, but they do not have much authority to investigate an issue and the escalation team is extremely slow to respond. One they understand a problem they fix it, but the process is horrible. The subscription price keeps rising and is getting high meaning there will one day be less subscribers, including myself. Some of the links need to he updated or removed as some did not work. On a more positive note, they have a lot of the major retailers we all use which makes it a little easier to balance out the cost to be a member. It would be nice to one day have costco added and would also be a major benefit to have gasoline stations on there as well.
