GBIt’s a scam! Be careful It’s a scam they get your PayPal or bank account info just to take your money out of your account. Be careful ! They have lied to me multiple times too about issuing my refund for the money they took for no reason. They are not a legit company. On top of this I guess my PayPal team reached out the them when I noticed the charge from them and told PayPal I wanted a refund and so they then canceled my account that I didn’t even know was a membership type account as there was nothing that said that or anything I didn’t sign anything either and was no notified after they took my money out of my account. Also be careful because it also said when this occurred the morning after that PayPal canceled my auto pay with them … AUTO PAY?! So they went into MY account to set up auto pay to take MY money ?! Complete Scammers and horrible customer service as they have lied to me and said to contact my bank about the refund status just to find out they refund was never charged back to me ! They the your hard earned money then LIE about helping you.

GBI have been a member for many years I have been a member for many years. I have found that even though vendors are growing each year, I still find that many places I shop are not a part of freeshipping or were and now no longer offer free shipping or cash back which is a shame. The staff has always been helpful in finding my lost cash back when vendors have "forgotten" to put in after purchase. Will continue to be a member. Kudos for your hard work!

GBCustomer Service Problems, Great Retailers They need to work on their customer service. The people are nice, but they do not have much authority to investigate an issue and the escalation team is extremely slow to respond. One they understand a problem they fix it, but the process is horrible. The subscription price keeps rising and is getting high meaning there will one day be less subscribers, including myself. Some of the links need to he updated or removed as some did not work. On a more positive note, they have a lot of the major retailers we all use which makes it a little easier to balance out the cost to be a member. It would be nice to one day have costco added and would also be a major benefit to have gasoline stations on there as well.

GBFreeShipping is good FreeShipping is great, helps me get some cashback with a large number of retailers. However the fee is quite expensive, sometimes the cashback is about or lower than the monthly fee. Also, there were sometimes the shipping rebates were declined because of the lack of evidence (!?), even though I had submitted all email and receipts. In overall, it is good if you shop a lot.

GBGreat customer service Great customer service! The only comment I might make is sometimes the reviewers of claim decline something due to an order date missing when the order date is clearly stated within the confirmation email and on the header. But everyone is always super great about re-reviewing and amending. Really appreciate your service!
