The things you buy most often aren't included ... seems like only major purchases. Also, if a coupon is used at Belk, then the purchase isn't eligible. It's just frustrating that everything isn't included!

I found the site a couple years ago and… I found the site a couple years ago and I couldn't imagine not using ShopSmarter. I highly recommend and often send people to the site. I'm a dad and soul provider for 4 kids and wife. Needless to say, I'm busy and on a tight budget. This site brought me into online shopping and pickups, making life easier and safer. Now, more feasible. Beween inflation and taxes, we need every bit of help we can get, just to get by. Love this site... just for existing. - Broke Dad, not Poor Dad 😅

Getting a rebate should not take this long…… Getting a rebate should not take over a month! And when you file a report on something that you purchased through their website they don’t follow up letting you know what happened to your rebate on the legitimate purchase. I spent close to $1000 on Christmas presents since Thanksgiving & only received $11 & $27 in rebates.

Was excited to finally find a store… Was excited to finally find a store that would invite me to join ShopSmarter. Within first month I put three orders in. All I received was a $10 check for the month as my Welcome gift. Disappointed, not certain if the company knows about my orders. Also for the three-5 free trial day period they charged $2.00. Ridiculous! I’ll wait another month, Hope my money will start rolling in.

Absolute scam artist company Absolute scam artist company, do not do business with. You can pay your $16 a month subscription for months without using. Then have your membership immediately canceled when you try use it. Your login will just vanish. Repeated emails with customer service will not result in your membership being reinstated. Absolutely do not give this company your money, you will regret it.
