SCAM!!! SCAM!!! I've SWAP in pending more than 4 days. My order ID: 3e234159-15e8-3cfc-8cc8-e30d055868d0 Received reply only to one e-mail, after this they ignore my messages. No reply from Exodus and no reply from Switchain! UPDATE #1!!! AFTER 4 DAYS THEY MARKED MY TRANSCATION AS COMPLETED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY FUNDS!!! STILL NO REPLY FROM EXODUS AND SWITCHAIN, BOTH OF THEM IGNORE MORE THAN 5 MESSAGES!!! UPDATE #2!!! THEY UPDATED STATUS TO COMPLETED. THEN JUST DELETED MY TRASACTION FROM SYSTEM, BUT I RECORDED VIDEOS FROM MY WALLET BEFORE, SO IT'S NOT A PROBLEM. UPDATE #3!!! 1 months - no reply from these SCAMMERS. Me and my lawyer will report to cyber police and pursue legal action, we have all documents and videos about SCAMMERS - EXODUS!

Wonderful experience I just like the way Exodus has been growing over the years. Now my Exodus profile is over 6 years and I must say I can see many negative reviews but until now I have no complains or issues. I like the addition of Web3 and referral sytems. Join and enjoy the rewards.

platinum support :-) using as amateur First just friendly warning if you are new to crypto - dont use swap immediately after you receive crypto, wait for confirmations otherwise you will pay "bump fee" and its really high. I am using Exodus wallet for storing crypto and swaps. I am not a pro to dive into whose got better prices for fees, but I think theirs are reasonable enough for me. The support is above standard , quick response with explanation and kind approach. Something I encounter only few times after decades of using IT online services.

Great customer service I have been using Exodus desktop wallet for over 7 years, and I almost never had any problems with it. Their customer service has always been responsive and professional whenever I bumped into an issue, but those happened very rarely. The only negative side has been rather high transaction fees (sending, swapping, etc.)
