AGCard charged twice Waiting over a month for Western Union to reverse an unauthorised charge on my account. Instead of charging me 215.99 USD (which is the transfer amount I intended to send) I was charged 432 USD. My card was charged twice for the same transaction. One of the transactions is still pending and my bank told me I would have to wait 45 days for it to be returned to my account. I've been back and forth with western union customer service and it has been a nightmare. No one seems to understand how to reverse a charge. Will never use them again.

GBfrustrating experience everything was going smoothly until I was asked for a second verification of my identity. it sent a code to my home phone, which doesn't get text messages. then I was able to get it to send the message to my cell, which was a link. upon going to the link, my cell said... “This device or browser you are using does not support AirKey taps. Return to the merchant and choose a different form of identity for verification" So I clicked on the X in the window, and it finally let me proceed! It was very frustrating.

GBWhen is the rewards system coming in? The website keeps saying a new rewards system is coming in but it has said that for months. So if you stay with Western Union there is no way to accumulate points. There is no update about the rewards anywhere else.

GBDollar amount takes so long to put in Dollar amount takes so long to put in, with deleting or backspaceing 4,5,6,7 or 8 times before the amount . Sometimes the page after is slow to come up. Very exasperating at times.
