Absolutely useless cards Absolutely useless cards. We drew down 2 x £50 cards from an online survey site and ghave tried to exchange them as part payment for a holiday with a well know cruise company. The travel agent cannot get them to [process through. So we are now £100 out of pocket with 2 cards we cannot use where we wantt to use them.

Rewards I Want I like the numerous choices in reward cards. I do not like that when I made a mistake and wanted different reward I was stuck with a reward I can't use!

I'm still missing my credits I'm still missing my credits. Spoke to agent and he says it if it's not credited in my account get back to him. So I did. And still nothing. Smh 🤦‍♀️ redeemed other half of my credits and still haven't received a email or payout . Bigcashweb.com is slacking. Most other site's pay out instantly.
