It was very easy to setup our online account, and the platform seems easy to understand and navigate. My fiancé also received a welcome call yesterday, just as an introduction I believe, which was nice.

GBTold one thing, then another I was told at the dealership that I would be able to split my vehicle payment into 2 payments so I could pay with each of my paychecks. I contacted Exeter and they said that is not a option. So now I am faced with having to return my vehicle.

GBVery rude customer service and they… Very rude customer service and they would not allow me to switch the due date for my car note to a more convenient date. I'm a vet and don't work so to prevent a late car note I wanted to change the date and they didn't even try working with me. I will never finance with these people again.
