GBI called multiple times throughout the… I called multiple times throughout the day. All of which I had to wait for 20+ mins with no answer. When someone finally answered, the response was we can’t do anything and it looks to be a system error. I sent the money on Saturday, today is Friday and the recipient hasn’t be able to get the money. What’s worse is that the amount was removed from my account since Tuesday and nothing was or has been offered for the inconvenience this caused. All the representative said was, you can always cancel to get your money back. Which based on prior experience takes more than a week as well.

MX- I liked the price given in the first… - I liked the price given in the first shipment. - I would like it to improve in the collection price, for example in an amount of 500 dollars out of 0 dollars as in other applications and that when payment by bank account is used the payment is made in fewer days that does not take several days. - And from time to time they pay a price almost like the first shipment, thank you.
