GBSend Wave with holds customer funds for several business days if transaction is cancelled. Send wave used to be efficient but in the last three months, they withhold the customers funds, for several business days after allowing the transaction to go through bank verification. Their response is rude and condescending. They fail to realize that customers send money because someone is in an urgent need. Mostly medical, School fees the list is endless. Before, they used to advise customer before reaching the bank verification stage.

GBEarned another chance Sendwave said they had a "technical problem" that caused my send to fail processing. They corrected the problem early on the first weekday after the event and I had my money back less than 24 hours after that. Sendwave also contacted me personally to apologize. I think they are worth another chance.

GHIs there a problem with the Network Is there a problem with the Network? I have been sending money with the same card and several transactions has been made since the dawn of time without any issues, it doesn’t take this much hassle which is very annoying it’s showing a padlock near the device.checkout.Com I have been trying since yesterday the 23rd April to make this transaction up until now the 24th and all it states is 3D .. or use a different card; and if anything I will send the money somewhere else.

CASince I began using this application Since I began using this application, my transactions had been smooth and I have saved myself a lot of time going to banks for transactions that the system does. The people and customers service have been wonderful, timely in responding to my requests.
