GBWould have been a 5 Star but… Would have been a 5 Star but communication /replays were not as expected. Had to Call to get information. Download software was not good had to send things several times because they said it was not clear. My copy sent to myself was readable. If they call you or tect may go to spam because they do not identify who is sending.

GBShiitake Show Was asked for the same documentation multiple times, and received 2-3 calls a day while they were reviewing information. When I’d call back, they’d tell me they are still reviewing documents and the calls are automated. There is no reason to call someone the amount of times they did if everything is under review. Staff was incredibly unfriendly and short as well. Interest higher than the loan itself which is not what was preapproved - bait and switch company. Do thorough research before choosing this company or have a plan to pay off loan ASAP to avoid interest fees.
