GBI have used topcashback in the US and… I have used topcashback in the US and previously in UK and have reliably got cash back and payouts. It takes a day or two to get the payout emailed to you, but otherwise no complaints!

GBQuestionable Company They want you to provide a pic of you holding your ID when you just want to enable your account. Even though you've been emailing them from the same email you registered your account with. I've never been asked for this type of information for account verification from any legitimate company. It makes me wonder if they just want to steal people's ID information.

GBTopCashback is real. Serious benefits, just takes a while TopCashback allows you to get extra benefits from purchases you make. Often you have to wait months or more for the funds to be fully paid and withdrawable, but this is communicated to the user in advance and is largely the fault of the various companies taking a while to process affiliate payments. If you're prepared to wait a few months and just forget about the bonuses until you receive an email notification that they're ready to withdraw, you can get some serious benefits from purchases you were already making anyway.
