GBRe Financing auto loan We were refinancing an auto loan from Ally and during the process every time we communicated with the finance department we spoke to a different person. If EECU would have the same loan person handle the customer’s application ect. The process would go much better and more timely. It was very frustrating to speak to someone different every time. This was our 6 th auto loan with EECU all the other loans were without delay and confusion. We do appreciate the lower interest rates EECU offers us. Thanks

GBGreat rate on my original CD Great rate on my original CD, easy to set up a new account and transfer the funds, notifications sent as requested. Overall a very good experience. The reason for my rating of 4 was because there was no second notification of upcoming maturity. I’m certain that’s the industry standard, hoping that you won’t remember and it will rollover at the new lower rate, but wouldn’t it be nice to go above the norm and stand out in the market? I’m guessing they aren’t averse to sending reminders on past due loan payments!

GBWait It was a short wait when I finally got checked in. I would suggest a more efficient way to get checked in, instead of making everyone stand in line. Behind other folks needing checks cashed or account activity. One person at front and one at window. Maybe a computer kiosk to check in to see a banker. When you finally get to the banker it goes fast as possible. Good services
