Great customer service Great customer service! They started my application over the phone so that when I got off work, all I had to do was go into the location and sign the papers. Office is clean, welcoming and has some nice tunes playing to pass the time while the rep finalizes everything. Hope I don’t need to use them anymore but if I’m in a bind, DLC is the way to go!

One of the best customer service experiences I've had I called in today for help with applying for a loan. My experience with this location, and company was absolutely excellent. I spoke with both the manager, Tony and staff member, Emmy. They were so nice, patient, helpful, and understanding. It was sincerely a pleasure to be able to talk with two of the nicest people I've met in customer service for something like this! They even joked with me that they call themselves the Emmy and Tony awards -- they would win for customer service experience and satisfaction!

Easy and straight forward experience... The representative was very pleasant and patient when I was having trouble uploading a document. She stayed on the phone, and reassured me we would get it figured out. I appreciated her demeanor. A good attitude goes a long way. Thank you.
