Warning Credit9 is NO GOOD! Americor is great. It's Credit9 that they do business with that's the problem. Do not work with them. They take money out of your account on days you did not authorize, if you have a family emergency they don't assist you with adjustments of payments. They will aggressively try to take the money out any time. Making your banking a nightmare! Run from Credit 9!!!!

She guide us throughout the process and explained to us in detail about this loan and everything that we will be facing as they negotiate with all our accounts. No hidden information, she was very honest and did not hang up until she was sure that we understood everything. She even make sure that I accessed the customer portal.
