took my money and made excuses and did… took my money and made excuses and did nothing then closed my account blamed me and i'm stuck with a bigger tax problem cause they took my money and did nothing for over 2 years. they got a great scam going. i see what you wrote, we both know it's a lie, i have emails from you guts telling about hold up after hold up , nothing was ever completed till after i complained. you took the money and did nothing and it's cost me twice as much due to fee and interest, your a group of scammer and i still want my money back

Well done As a self-employed person I have had tax problems for so time. I had tried to deal with the IRS myself but was getting nowhere except deeper in a hole.
