Also, they seem to be able to file online more easily than others which say they will but then make you print out your taxes and mail them in anyway. Not happy that I couldn't download a copy of me tax form immediately but hopefully within 12-24 hours? Probably a good service with those with SIMPLE tax forms.

It will make the process quicker and simpler. I have used E-file for two years now and I don't have any issues filing my taxes. Also, I use the option that is free because I don't have a lot of documents when filling federal taxes.
