Very disappointed When you call, you speak with a sales associate who makes some big promises that aren’t necessarily delivered. If I just downloaded the payment installment form from the IRS, I could have saved 4k, because they did not save me the money promised. I was told by sales that it would even out and I would save about 4k to even out. They make these promises without looking at your case. Once you retain them, the accountant is much more realistic. I wasted 4k that could have gone towards my IRS debt.

I decided to try... no regrets. I have never heard from them but for some reason I decided to contact them online and they responded right away, not only by email but also by text message, in addition, they gave me a call, they talked to me, they listened and they took charge, right away. They are friendly, warm and show empathy, they worked well coordinated, each member in his or her area are very professional.
