If there where more stars I would… BEST TEAM HANDS DOWN! If there where more stars I would definitely up the rating even more! The Hubbard Team has been an amazingly supportive and trusted team. They are very patient, kind and absolutely have our best interest in mind. Prior to working with Hubbard Team, my husband and I had been taken advantage of by 2 large firms. Brooke and her team are worth every penny to have the peace and knowledge they have to help navigate the IRS. I am ecstatic to have them on our team. They have helped us remember that there are honest hard working people left in this world.

Couldn't have asked for a better result Our non-profit organization has been working with Timberline for a few years now in an attempt to resolve a large debt with penalties and interest tacked on. We originally started with another agency and was not pleased with them. It took a lot of work but in the end, it was well worth it. Our debt was close to a half a million dollars. Timberline got us an Offer and Compromise agreement down just under $20,000. Couldn't be more satisfied. I highly suggest using them. I understand the outcome may be different depending on each circumstance. It also makes a world of difference which IRS agent you get assigned when attempting an OIC. Adam seemed pretty knowledgeable about the various agents and stayed on them to get us the best deal possible. It can get costly but when you owe as much as we did, it becomes an investment. Unfortunately, not all investments result in a win and to be honest I was almost ready to give up. Thankfully our investment turned out for the best.

Any e-mails I sent were tended to quickly with a follow up phone call to make sure I understood what was going on. Periodically I would receive an e-mail or phone call to check with progress or if I had any issues that needed addressed. Most definitely would use them again if needed.
