I did not even know where to start to… I did not even know where to start to find the advisor I needed for my situation. Paul with Zoe did a wonderful job asking me questions to gather all the necessary information to set me up with the right advisors to talk with. They were both a very strong match for my situation. Preston was on top of things sending meeting reminders with the zoom links for easy access and touching base after each meeting with the advisor to see how I felt. Those two made this process very easy and I am sure I am coming out with a better advisor than I would have ended up with if I did it on my own. I hope I am right and am ready to get started with the new advisor.

I got very little help I got very little help. I got charged $365 and there was almost nothing told to me that I didn't already know. The advisor was on vacation the week prior to our meeting and I don't think he spent a lot of time analyzing our financial situation. He did not leave us with any paperwork. He did not look at our allocation of Investments and did not make a one time recommendation! I think I would like my money back or at least part of it!

Paul found the perfect Financial Advisor for us and all the way through the process has been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. We initially interviewed two companies. After the interviews, we carefully choose our financial partner. The implementation stage went well, however as we moved forward, the Financial Advisor did not respond to our repeated emails and calls. We contacted Paul at Zoe and he acted immediately. He apologized and explained this was not the expectation of their partners. He let us know we would get a full refund (we did). The same day he recommended another company and set up an appointment with them for the next week. We met with the new company and felt comfortable with the Financial Advisor right away. We have been with the new company a little over 2 months and the fit is perfect. Paul knew us well enough to choose a Financial Advisor that met and exceeded our needs, saving us many hours of research and aggravation. We would not have found a Financial Advisor this good without Zoe. Zoe made the process easy and enjoyable – I would recommend their service to anyone looking for a Financial Partner.
