APM is an absolute life saver APM is an absolute life saver! Their onboarding process was hassle free and the communication after onboarding stays constant. I’ve had the rare opportunity to meet the team in Texas and as a whole they showed appreciation for us and we’re a great group. Caroline was the assigned PM and she was VERY knowledgeable about local guidelines and her team were just as amazing as she was. VERY happy with APM and I would strongly recommend!

Great Training Support This was a while back, I do not remember the exact date. But we reached out for some training with our staff. Caroline Richardson was very friendly, knowledgeable and helped our employees learn how to effectively work with the Financial Diagnostics area in Appfolio and all the questions we had. Caroline Richardson is a asset to APM help.

An amazing experience with a great accounting team! When we reached out a mess had been created in our appfolio system. They reviewed and went through every detail to get us back to where we needed to be! Caroline Richardson was our team leader and literally the best teacher ever. She got us to a level of excellence that I couldn’t imagine… so much that I named my second child after her!!! Conversation was so easy and she never made me feel ignorant for not knowing something… she guided us in a wonderful position. Truly forever grateful!
