My experience was A1, so when it came time for my personal taxes, it was a no brainer to work with them again! The process was smooth and mostly hands-off (aside from providing their team a list of expenses and tax forms). They were super patient with me when I took a while to submit my documents and walked me through each step. I’d recommend them to anyone who hates tax season as much as I do lol.
