He finally invoked an "expert" at Quicken who was able to determine that my problem was at his end and not mine. Peter was knowledgeable, patient and polite. I will in future seek his counsel if there are problems with this software.

Quicken's online service unavailable at this time Given all the challenges we are currently facing with COVID-19, a problem with my quicken account and computer was the last thing I needed today. We set up appointment times for her to call me and work on the software problem. Peter was always on time. This turned out to be a very difficult problem that required several hours to fix, and Peter persisted until the issue was resolved.
