Amazing on-boarding - so happy I moved to NorthOne I’ve been looking to make the switch to a digital bank for a while. My business has been growing steadily, but I haven’t been able to get the responsiveness from my traditional bank that I’ve needed to keep pace with critical finance functions. I was blown away by how easy it was to switch and so impressed with the onboarding experience provided by Brandon — he really understood what my biggest pain points were and addressed them proactively and comprehensively. It definitely gave me confidence that I made the right move.

This bank sucks This bank sucks! Stay away if you want your funds to clear this year (or this week). They say 3-5 business days. That is a farce! It always takes seven days. There are no five or six-day possibilities. Try Relay Financial. That's where I'm going.

They have time for you Kat was very professional and helpful, I am a new account holder with North One. I’m sure the questions I had were trivial, but Kat was very knowledgeable and patient. I never felt hurried along in any way. So kudos and thank you for your excellent service.

Bad experience Northone My account had been functioning normally for over a year until someone named Amanda appeared. She requested my business information and subsequently closed my account without any explanation. It's worth noting that the business information I provided was the same as I had previously. I have consistently paid the $10 monthly fee, but they prefer to close the account. I have reached out to Amanda multiple times, but there has been no response from her. She appears rude. How can a financial company operate like this? Finance should be transparent, and I believe this company is rather opaque. Be cautious with Northone.
