1800Accountant at your own risk! I’m currently receiving the services of 1-800Accountant. It is by far the worst tax experience I’ve ever received. Everything I DIDNT want has occurred with this service. I paid 6x more for the service than my previous tax preparer and paid more for my taxes. I even received a letter from the IRS (because my taxes we prepared incorrectly) stating that I have to pay MORE. Now I’m going through the impossible task of contacting a supervisor that can assist with all these issues. WARNING- “ use this service at your own risk”.

Susan R with 1800 Accountant is your go to agent. Her comforting tone and well knowledge in her position and honest advising has helped me calm my nerves of filing my 1099 for the first time. She has been consistent on keeping scheduled calls and very open to questions and with straight understandable responses on email communications and phone conversations. I encourage and highly recommend speaking to Susan R or request her for your business tax advisor if you choose 1800 Accountant.

Solid group, nice portal features and good communication Previously I had a mixed level of service with prior 1800 accountants, however I must say that since being internally allocated to new accountants, the firm must have upgraded their talent/recruiting, as the switch has been a night and day experience which has really been so much better. Attentive responses from team (e.g. Valerie). Would like to re-review once tax season (this is first business tax report/return) is complete and we can look into effective business tax strategies now that the company is about to officially kick off payroll. This is where I believe an accountant service differentiates from the pack. To be continued and great job thus far!
