Wish there was more online help accessible with live person and that there were online resources for questions like Turbo Tax. Also wish ability to view forms as they are filled and easier to go back to individual form to see why information wasnt entered.

First time using this tax site First time using this tax site. Best one I've ever used. GUI is clean, simple, fast, easy to read. Navigation is also very clear and easy to use. Only gripe was being $25, but that's not that much, and that's a political problem more than anything.
