Is anyone interested in a class action… Is anyone interested in a class action lawsuit? The BBB tried contacting them - no response. I got a letter from AG in California - gave some steps to proceed. I imagine they operate several shell dbas. I sent them a lot of money and they never completed work. Sarah to Luke and now James Parker. Did not want to but we will have to go next level - they are not interested in good business. Pure 100% theft of my money.

Over $1200 WASTED on this company! We paid Citrus over $1200 Feb 12, 2001 to construct a cartoon for our business to advertise with. After numerous attempts (over months of trying) to get them to understand how to construct our avatars (they kept getting them wrong) they stopped communicating with us. On June 18, 2021, Sarah Watson requested our mailing address to send us a refund check. The check never arrived nor has Sarah responded to our subsequent inquiries about the missing check. We will NEVER trust this company again! On Monday, I will be filing an official complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's office.

Better look into the company first I don't even think this company is in business anymore. I paid them to make a video (they required payment upfront) and it was never completed and they stopped emailing me and now their number is out of service.
