CHI had a great experience using Octiive… I had a great experience using Octiive for my music distribution needs. The platform was easy to navigate and allowed me to get my music on all major streaming platforms quickly and efficiently. The customer support team was also incredibly helpful and responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. Would highly recommend it to any musician looking for a reliable and user-friendly music distribution service.

GBTHE OCTIIVE "TEAM" THE OCTIIVE "TEAM" Charlatans hiding behind a mask of inefficiency, purposeful, obscurity and masquerading as a legitimate Musicians source for "fistribution" Sticking it where the sun don't shine… Stay as far away from this outfit as you possibly can and you'll be doing yourself a major favour. Magpies behaving like vultures picking at the optumism core of the artistic intellect -absolutely shameful.. Take a look at these one star reviews, that will give you an idea of how people really feel... Hopefully this outfit will be out of business soon. Praise the Lord thank you God but please get these dark shadows away from the door. Exorcize these demons... Amen!

GBNo money, no response! After being able to do a little number of royalties (Less than $500), I went ahead and did a payout. Never received anything and they don't answer (1 month so far). Can't log in to my account, and apparently they are keeping the money AND my music!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

GBAnnual Albums Never Released On Time My fiancé releases an album every 5/23, and Octiive managed to mess up the last 2 years (2020 & 2021). He loads everything a month in advance on their site, but it never seems to be enough time for them to figure things out. Last year it was that Apple was taking a while with the explicit songs, but they didn’t tell him this in advance - instead HE had to reach out to them THE DAY (5/23/20) he saw the album was NOT available and it didn’t get resolved for about a week ; this year it’s that Apple won’t accept the image for the album cover, so he sent a clearer/larger version (still leaving them with 3 weeks to do their job) - but 5/23/21 NO ALBUM released... again, HE had to contact THEM. They got back to him 5/24/21 saying it was still the image issue. It’s just unprofessional. He pays an annual fee to be able to release these 5/23 albums (plus more)... but this specific date is what he promotes. Then they always have issues. We will see if they offer to discount or something. Might not be worth continuing this contract.
