They took a look at the tools and resources we already had and provided us with some suggestions for improving our statistical analysis, project management and web hosting. After our first meeting, we spent a couple days discussing the details of the project and they even gave us an idea of what the final infrastructure would look like and how much it would cost. Since implementing the new system, we've seen a huge improvement in our order processing time. It used to take us around 10 minutes per order, but now it only takes us 5 minutes. Not only that, but our team's overall productivity has also increased. Overall we are very satisfied with the work of the team.

ES+8k New followers on my project When I decided I wanted to work with NinjaPromo I never thought it would be such a good idea. From the very first moment they were always present and very close. I have to admit that I had a hard time making the decision to work with them. They didn't have many reviews and their prices were not the cheapest in the industry. But my instinct told me that these guys knew how to make my project grow. At first it took us a while to get used to each other, but after a couple of days they met all the deadlines, always on time. They work quickly and efficiently, and communications with the team are really good. They always got back to me almost instantly. They have helped me a lot with the sales of my NFTs. I didn't think I would be able to sell that many, but thanks to them I have been able to get a lot of sales. And I have also managed to increase my number of subscribers a lot. They didn't reach the goal I asked them to reach of 10 thousand real followers on Instagram, as they stayed at 8 thousand. Right now I have 9.6 thousand subscribers. About 1,500 that I had and the 8,000 that they got me. Obviously there are many agencies out there that I'm sure do a very good job, but if I had to recommend one it would be NinjaPromo. They are not the cheapest, but I do believe they are the ones that provide a high quality service.

GBWe worked with NinjaPromo to promote a… We worked with NinjaPromo to promote a recent NFT collection that we put together. The main aim was to increase the email subscribers for the project. Once we finalised the contract the team got to work straight away. We signed on Wednesday and were in our first meeting the following Monday. We initially were presented a few campaign ideas and whilst they were good we felt they could be a little more adventurous with their pitch. They took this feedback constructively and came back the following week with some excellent ideas. It was nice that they listened to our feedback and really took on board our needs. The campaign was delivered smoothly and was a drip-fed campaign over the course of 1-2 months and we were able to secure some great press in this time. Our NFT sales increased by approx 40% which was an amazing result, we couldn’t have been happier with this, and it's exactly what we needed to generate that first bit of revenue that we could reinvest back into the project. It made the previous year of hard work within our internal team all worth it! Subscribers increased by approx 8,000 and we are still reporting smaller increases even after the campaign was completed which is a very nice bonus. The project was delivered on schedule and communication with our campaign manager was super fast! We would definitely recommend them to our friends within the crypto space.

GBRadio silence after first call. Unfortunately wasn't able to experience much of their service as they completely ghosted me after our first call after advertising their “free proposal,” even after calling back and emailing follow-ups multiple times. Unprofessional, to say the least.
