The first wee stand that arrived was… The first wee stand that arrived was defective. We were disappointed because it was for our son, who was leaving for music camp for the summer. We emailed customer service, got a prompt response, and they shipped one (at no cost to us) to my son at Interlochen. My son has already had many opportunities to use it, and loves the sturdiness and portability. Thank you, Noisy Clan, for a great customer experience!

The Wee Stand was easy to order and purchase.I was kept informed by acknowledgement of the order, the despatch and estimated date of delivery of the music stand.I ordered the goods on Wednesday 07/09/2022 and the neat parcel containing the music stand arrived on Tuesday 13/9/2022.The delivery was reasonably quick when you take into account postal strikes.The Wee stand looks great and was a wee bit fiddly to start with but I have got to grips with it now and it has replaced my old bulky,heavy stand.I am sure that this will be money well spent.

Noisy Clan Wee Stand 1st, I’d have paid good money just for the cool box! 😁 Watching the video is very important. A good chance I’d have broken something proceeding in my normal seat-of-the-pants method. iPad sits a bit tilted because of the fact that right side fits within the left when folded but I’ll adjust, or shim if I don’t. As delicate as it feels, I’m confident it will hold up in anything short of gale winds. I’ll probably tend to use it for seated playing more than standing. Only time will tell if its clever engineering holds up. Hope it does because its going to be my daily carry.

Great customer service Great customer service! I ordered a music stand and then Royal Mail, whilst industrial action was occurring, sent a delivery notice, yet I hadn't received the stand. Noisy Clan answered my query rapidly, stayed in touch with me, assured me that other customers had the same error message and generally made me feel secure about the purchase. The stand arrived yesterday. I'm learning to use it and am sure it will allow me to consign at least two of those horrid fold up stands to the charity shops. Hip Hip Hooray!!
