GBAwful update this year. Toolost were excellent until March 31st 2024. However from April they made a change to subscriptions that meant everyone with a free account was locked out unless they signed up for a paid subscription. They didn't send any info out about this change in advance! When I asked their support if I'd missed the email about this, they told me that they didn't send any emails or any info, just changed it without telling anyone!

GBBest Independent Distributor I switched from Distrokid. The first thing that caught my attention was the UI (something that Distrokid does not do well). It looks clean and feels professional. The next thing was the price. It’s literally CHEAPER than the most popular distributor, yet so much better. The opportunities for playlisting, extra customization of releases, and dedicated support staff sealed the deal. Hands down the cleanest, best independent distributor.

GBworst distribution i've ever used worst distribution i've ever used. I will never distribute thru yall again. i've unuploaded my song because it showed up on DIFFERENT spotify accounts, still isn't off. & I know for a FACT I didn't make a mistake. fix this !

ITI want to give a 5-star encouragement… I want to give a 5-star encouragement to TooLost: a good platform with many features that you won’t find with other music distributors. The variety and uniqueness of the features make it stand out in the music distribution industry. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comprehensive and user-friendly music platform. I also want to mention that occasionally I have encountered some bugs or errors in the distribution process. However, these issues were eventually resolved by the dedicated support team. This shows their commitment to improving the platform and providing a seamless experience for the users. Despite these minor hiccups, I still highly recommend TooLost for its unique features and excellent customer service. I will also make sure to keep this review updated by posting my most recent experiences. GBExtremely slow response times Extremely slow response times. Friendly responses but never any follow up. Ironically their zendesk help desk is faster at responding to low level issues - they just can’t help with detailed issues. The account reps seem overwhelmed over simple backend issues that any other distro could handle. I had better luck with distro kid - and I left them 10 years ago. I lost over 100k streams and my Spotify artist access - after having it for 10 years and they have no idea why. It’s been months. So many excuses. It’s like starting over. Disappointing on a lot of levels.
