The shop is in the Czech Republic and… The shop is in the Czech Republic and delivery is at least one month and refunds are impossible. This important information is not displayed on the website, which is very unfair and bad business policy. But why should I be surprised, as I have lived half my life in Eastern Europe where such scams are commonplace. Oh, and please don't just write a copy paste reply, but change the name of the shop to "Metal shop Czech Republic" or something 'cause if not, then it will only be a scam.

Beware! Ordered a tshirt, it took 20 days to arrive as it came from Portugal warehouse, then to Netherlands and then to UK!! (as per the tracker) I then tried to return this as too small, but their refund policy is 20 days!! They eventually agreed to a return and even though clearly being sent back to a UK postal address they mentioned that there is a 600 Czech krona custom charge!! equivalent of £21, more than the items value. Comical, feeling like i have been totally ripped off on this!!

Quality Boots and Trousers Ordered a pair of boots and trousers and I am very happy with my purchase both fit me perfectly and look amazing. Shipping took about 2 weeks which is fair enough since they ship everything from Czech Republic but it was definitely worth the wait. I was expecting to pay customs as well (my order was about 160£ in total) but I guess I was lucky because it just got delivered normally which I'm very happy about. They have a lot of nice pieces on their website stuff that I didn't see anywhere else or even stuff that is not produced anymore so I will definitely buy from them again and I very much recommend Metalshop!
