GBFailed but, kept my $2750 In March 2023 Blitz Mobile Apps, told me that their company could review my existing project and make recommendations for Improvement. Blitz Mobile Apps agreed on the phone and in an email to refund my money if things didn’t work out. I sent them the project upfront. They never acknowledged receiving it or working on it. Instead, after a month had passed, they demonstrated a navigational technique they were creating. I explained, again, that I did not want an app built. I have invested thousands of dollars and over 4 years in creating the app that I have sent to them. I explained that I have a project I want repaired. Repair is the first step of the project. The technicians, after a few more weeks and very little communication, then demonstrated another app function that they had built from scratch and did not mention my project or what I had hired them for. In an email dated August 8, 2023, I canceled the project and requested a full refund of my $2,750. They refused to refund my money. I have asked for it multiple times and they have still not agreed to refund my money. The California Attorney General has been informed and a complaint has been filed.

GBI would highly recommend Blitz Initially, I had gone with another company. Who created and designed my website. They did a horrible job, and Izzah clearly stated that it needed to improve. Jay had called regularly to find out why it took 8 weeks for a 2 page, sub par site. Blitz called me asap, went over designs, and I was very pleased with the service. My site looks amazing thanks to a dedicated, talented team. My site looks very polished and professional. One thing I noticed...a bit of an "upsell", trying to get you to buy into what your site needs.
