OUTSTANDING product! The employees I spoke to were wonderful. At every step of the process where I needed something customized, they checked in with me to confirm it was what I wanted; when I asked a question regarding the music box tune and wanted it adjusted, I was thoroughly explained to about why that would not be possible, which I found very helpful and informative. The music box itself is absolutely GORGEOUS, I am in love with it! It is the perfect gift for any loved ones in your life. The price tag for the custom tune is high, but I swear it's 100% worth it to hear a piece (that somehow isn't in their extremely extensive list) that means something special to you.

Donuma is extremely responsive and… Donuma is extremely responsive and creates an amazing product. I requested a custom music box and they were so responsive and the final product was amazing! Such an amazing gift, I almost teared up a little when I received the music box because it exceeded my expectations! One note is that you need to order early for custom music because it does take a while for the custom music to be made.
