Servage has finally lost the plot completely! I didn't know about the massive 400% price hike until (fortunately) until it was too late. Never got a invoice/email - only figured when emails stopped working and my site was down (which does happen a lot). But I digress. One year hosting totalled 482GBP compared to 100GBP last annum. Wow... pluck a duck! 14 years a customer, no real explanation as to why barring an 'upcoming' upgrade and we all know how the last one worked out... yes no emails website for months! Fortunately Hostinger offered a very reasonable deal offering everything Servage provides plus a nice easy to use control panel. AVOID SERVAGE AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely the worst! Avoid! Absolutely the worst. I've been a customer for many years, and only familiarity has kept me hanging in with them, but no more. Over the past 18 months the problems and outages have just increased exponentially. I get constant email outages now, sometimes for days on end and customer service always have the same excuse 'we're moving server' (for months on end?). I put a monitor on sites and I can see them going up and down like yo-yos. Truly the worst host and terrible, arrogant, unhelpful customer service.

Servage GmbH today I work with this hosting company 5 years. Not good, not bad. From begin 2019 Servage work very unstable. In february Servage move data to new data center and change control panel. Web sites stop work. I lose control of my account. Support like robots with very old firmware. Price expensive. Finally: I really do not recommend using this service. Fantastically inconvenient control panel, uniquely stupid support.

Having been a customer of there's for… Having been a customer of there's for over 14 years I was a little dismayed at the 457% price increased!!! £80ish pound to over £450 was too hard to swallow. Up until my renewal I never had any issues with their services/cost and would have had 5 stars from me! Like others after a 10 min hunt on google I jumped to Hostinger.

Avoid at All cost I'm annoyed that I even have to leave a single star. I've been a loyal customer almost 15 years only to receive an email saying cost have gone up and I have to pay an increase of around 400% more. Just can't believe these jokers would do this, they've suspended my account because I absolutely refuse to be held to ransom by these clowns. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
