GBVery Helpful Site Prior to visiting this website, I had very little knowledge about web hosting, programming, etc. I really like how the site breaks everything down to the basics. I appreciate the definitions and pictures, too. The layout of the website flows nicely and is easy to read. I would like to see an "About Us" section. When I'm relying on a website or company I have never heard of before, I like to read a little more about the company and its members. Overall, great site with a lot of helpful information!

HKHostingAdvice.com is a total fraud. HostingAdvice.com is a total fraud. For example they rate Ehost with a 5.01 (out of 5) Average score. Which is impressive as they only rate the pricing 5 out of 5 and the rest under 5, but the average is still 5. Ehost is not a good hosting company at all but they DO pay $110 per customer as an affiliate. Which is one, if not the, highest payouts available. They have disclosures on their website saying the top lists are sponsored and their reviews are influenced by the affiliate deals they have with the hosting companies. This is why they are pushing high payout affiliate deal hosting companies. Their reviews are 100% biased and misleading to consumers. Sadly it are usually the low quality hosting companies that offer the highest affiliate payouts. If that wasn't bad enough, they seem to be cherry picking (and editing without informing) data from reviewsignal. Total scam. Sure they say in their disclosure that they are biased but they also know/expect most people not to read boring texts, hidden away like that.

CAGreat, a readable tech advice site! Firstly, I'm definately not a pro at judging web sites because I find that most of them are too crammed with stuff, confusing and not easily detailed for the average user. To be fair the prize money contest is what peeked my interest, and when I scanned through the site there were a few items related to what I have been struggling to understand. To define certificates and know what they are used for... I now have a better understanding because of how it was written. Simple, not too much tech language, and even I could make sense of it. The big lettering helps, colors are easy on the eyes, the articles are spread out enough and individualized with bold and fonts so it doesn't look overwhelming and not crammed with too much stuff. I will check your site out again !

GBInformative and Glitching When I stumble upon your site its usually because of Facebook. Something that catches my eye. Like today I came because of the 25 bizarre photos. It was very cool to see. But the problem i run across is it constantly glitches when I'm trying to read through the paragraphs. Makes it very irritating after awhile sending me back to facebook.

GBRefused to Accept Honest Review, Prices Listed Wrong I've seen hosts complain about trustpilot.com for reviews, and to be sure there are some fake ones here, after all you can buy a review here for $6. But, hostingadvice.com is no better in that as consumer of hosting services, I have 100+ hosting accounts, I found that hostingadvice would not take/list my review of one of their providers. This was even though I documented my experience with screenshots. Also, if you go through the hosts listed there and check the price of hosting many times it is lot more at the hosts than listed on the hosting advice website. So dishonest advertising too.
