Never received product I ordered from this company twice with no issue but on the third time, the product never arrived. When I emailed them to track the shipment, they sent a tracking code that showed it was delivered to a locker by the carrier yet I never received a code to open the locker. The product has been sitting in this locker for over three weeks in freezing weather with no way for me to access it. Green Gruff has not been helpful aside from providing the tracking number, no offer to contact the carrier on my behalf, send a refund or replace the product. I expect better customer service with their expensive products, and at the very minimum, a solution to help rectify the issue. I will not be ordering from them again, which is too bad because I was planning to order the $45 product for my dog once a month until this negative experience.

Green Gruff Ease Plus CBD - The best we’ve found for our 10 yr old… The best we’ve found for our 10 yr old 80 lb Aussie. He’d been limping for a while from arthritis pain. No more limping & he runs and plays with all the younger dogs like he used to. He goes regularly to the local dog park. Other Pet parents have commented they don’t remember seeing him run like that. It took a couple weeks to kick in, but it works. I have no doubt with the extra exercise he now gets every day that it will add a couple years to his life. He gets 2 twice a day. What a wonder!

My 14 year old German shepherd/chow mix… My 14 year old German shepherd/chow mix was haveing trouble going up and down stairs. He wouldn't even use his back legs he would just hop the stairs. Now hes using them back legs a bit more, not as well as I hoped but he is improving . I would definitely recommend!!

Wonderful supplements Wonderful supplements! We get the one with c b d and my dog has gone from asking for my help every time to get up on the couch to only a small percentage of the time and usually only late in the day the same time my arthritis really bothers me. First time in the morning both of us are really stiff, comes with the territory but definitely a marked improvement

Very nice, quick and thorough responses They're very nice and quick to respond to e-mails with thorough information. It just take too longo to receive the products sometimes (15 days on non holiday season).
