AUUNAUTHORIZED DEDUCTIONS Today I noticed a bank deduction of US$29 on my bank account. Checking back, I noticed that the amounts had been deducted since November 2019. I was appalled! I checked through my emails and saw that I had received an email i November stating that charges would be applied henceforth unless I opted out - and the billing began automatically. I never ever authorized this and as far as I am concerned, it's illegal. I have never ever downloaded anything from this service. I have requested cancellation and a refund - let's see what they say.

CYYet another pathetic thieves Several month ago, almost a year, I was requested to remove my account. It was removed, but my images is still on sale, which was reasoned by the fact that the images are still on sale, in case I suddenly change my mind. Account deleted, images on sale - and how about my royalties in this case? I've send another few emails confirming account termination, but they simply stopped answering. So, how about to finally remove my account and stop stealing my content? Conclusion. If you're their client - you're probably paying for literally stolen things. If you're contributor - think twice before stepping into this.

TWThink twice before you join yayimages as a contributor. Recently, they rejected all my uploaded photos -which were accepted by other 8 stock companies- in the same reason "Limited Commercial Value". It's convenient huh. When I asked them to close my account and delete all my assets, they refused to pay my unpaid Earnings. Think twice before you join them, contributors.

GBExcellent selection of high quality… Excellent selection of high quality photos, graphics and images at a sensible price point. I've been using YAY images mostly for web design projects, and they always have the right photos for the industry or category to match the website. OK the image browser on the website isn't as slick as some of the big name stock photo libraries out there but when you compare the prices YAY Images is really hard to beat.

GBVery Good Selection, Their Lifetime Deal is a Tremendous Value I've been a YAY Images customer for a few years and have found that for the quality and selection, they offer tremendous value. I was using credits for their service for quite a while when they had an offer for a lifetime deal where you pay a one time fee (at the time, I think it was $149 USD) and get 10 premium images per day. I took the deal and I have no regrets -- it was one of the best lifetime deals I've ever purchased. Every once in a while they repeat that deal and if you use licensed images regularly, I would highly recommend buying it. My experience is that the same images are on other image licensing services and they cost a lot more elsewhere. The downside of using YAY images is that their service gives 500 errors every so often -- and it can last an entire day. In fact, that was the case yesterday. There have been two or three days in the past month where I could not access my licensed images or get new ones, so I lost 10 images each day they had server issues. A week ago I sent YAY Images a support request to tell them of the issue and I still haven't received a response and I believe that was the first time in the years I've been with them that I've ever sent a support request. I can see from Reddit that they've been having these same server problems for years. I only recently noticed it. My hope is that YAY Images can improve their server reliability and their customer support. But even with those issues and lost credits, I still don't regret my LTD purchase and would still recommend them, noting that they have server and customer service issues. If YAY Images improved their customer service and server reliability, I would very happily change my rating from 4 to 5 stars. Hey, I bought their lifetime deal, so I'm cheering for them to succeed. Work on these areas YAY Images. Make improvements. You, otherwise, have an excellent service.
