FRAUD COMPANY On dated Oct 31 I have purchased a windows server From UNLIMITED WEB HOSTING along with a domain name ( helloarup.com) The Order Number: 5045273512. Till now my server is not ready and now i have decided to refund my money. I have send several support ticket for this, but didn’t find any solution. Even I have also called several times in their phone number which is given on the invoice. Their chat is not works at night. Even they are not in 24/7 support service. Even they wrote 24/7 services in their website THE FRAUD COMPANY …………………………..

Worst hosting provider They have horrible service. Server keeps on going down... root server gets hacked, then they deleted all client websites without any backup or anything, just wiped out everything. They have no idea how to administer an server. Support system takes weeks to respond, that's too with a useless reply. After that they suspended all client account without any notice or information. Unlimitedgb.com and their parent company Interweb iTech (India) Pvt. Ltd. is totally fraud. They takes your money and they disappear, you will have no means to contact or complain them.

Very bad service and support I am using unlimitedgn service from last 4 year, I paid due invoice before due date then my domain was expired, i called to support team he said it will took 24 hours now 4 days gone no one giving reply or not activating my domain. UnlimitedGB is very bad service dont use it

Worst Company now Two years back it had the best services, response was really quick. But now its in pathetic condition. Even a simple domain renew takes 1 week and you need to waste hours chatting with them for the simple task. Everytime a new guy is on support and you need to start from zero and final response is "Yes sir it will be done asap" but when no one knows. The servers are also not 99% up. There is almost 20-30% downtime. They are operating company in parttime. Billing though mentioned 10AM to 6PM IST but is available only 6PM to 7PM IST. This gives the condition how they are operating. Earlier I will suggested to go with them but not anymore.

Worst hosting company These people are big scamsters.. The people on the chat do nothing but waste your time and those so called technical people know nothing about hosting and site will be offline most of the time. So if you want to lose your money and business like hell then please host your site here otherwise look for someone better.
