GBHorrible/nonexistent customer service Horrible/nonexistent customer service No one has, to this date, replied to any of my emails, texts, or phone calls. When I try to call customer service, there is either a busy signal, or it says the call cannot be answered at this time. The item I ordered is not the right fit for my pet, but I have no way to return the item because there's no form on the website to do so, and no one will respond to my messages. It's horribly frustrating, and I do not understand how they are still in business at this point, but I do not recommend shopping there.

GBAbsolutely terrible Absolutely terrible. I ordered a collar for my dogs birthday back in October. I did not receive it until January!! Not only was it late but they sent the wrong collar…and whats more I have tried multiple times to locate the company via telephone/text/email and Instagram and i have not gotten a response anywhere!!!! This is beyond unacceptable. I will be reaching out to my bank.

GBAmazing products! The owner has created a niche in dog products in the Atlanta market - with Buckhead booming with new upscale fashion stores at Streets of Buckhead, she has taken the lead in his trend and applied it to dogs....amazing stuff
