The price may be high for some but as I just create an annual book I think it's a nice way to collect memories! Also Daniel was always very responsive and helpful with support.

Amazing quality and service The quality and amazing customer service has far exceeded our expectations. The book was a gift and they loved it! The book also came with a few surprise extras which were really appreciated. The book was printed and shipped way faster than expected as well. We will definitely come back and are VERY happy customers.

Great quality, difficult UI The quality of the album was great and I really appreciated the end product. That being said, I had a really hard time with the user interface creating the album. I’m used to sites like Shutterfly that help more with pre-populating the albums or providing more grid lines and templates for the albums.

Great Customization and Customer Support I am thrilled with the book I received. They offered a ton of options for customizing the cover of the book and to go through and edit each individual page myself (with some pre-set templates/layouts that were helpful). When I submitted the book, customer service was very helpful in confirming the details of what I wanted and updating me on the shipping status. I was also impressed with how quickly the book arrived (much faster than other services I've seen) with a relatively comparable price.
